AEG said the agreement have passed 10 days, can't be canceled, and then I paid attention the agreement and saw that I can cancel new furnace within 10 days of agreement without any reason. I realized I was tricked to pass the 10 days. I can't understand how air duct produce noise if no air is drove through it by new furnace. In this case, the Eco Energy Home Service is involved. Had a door-to-door salesperson come to my house , he was very nice and informative, talked us into getting a new furnace . The technicians who came to install were great, they even came back as it wasn't quite working right and fixed it for us.
In 2017, I email to EDT Minister Office, then CIU accepted my case, they said they can solve this problem if i have written cancellation document. I think the CIU have solve the problem .However, in 2019, when I wanted to transfer house mortagage to another bank, I found I have furnace lien of Eco energy home service Inc. in my house. From Oct. 24, 2015, my terrible life began. The technician came to my home, reduce the noisy, the noisy didn't drive me going mad, but the noisy is still disturbing my sleep. At the 11th day of agreement, I called AEG to cancel new furnace.
